Meet The Brains Behind It All

Jess Millar

Jess is a Paediatric Dietitian dedicated to helping children and families achieve happy and healthy mealtimes.

​

Jess completed her BSC Dietetic degree at Stellenbosch University in South Africa in 2015. It was during this time that she discovered her love for working with children & their families.

​

Jess currently works for the NHS as a Specialist Paediatric Dietitian. Her passion and specialty is working as part of a MDT Feeding Team in London, supporting restricted eaters and their families in their weaning and feeding journeys. Jess has run weekly clinics for children with growth faltering, obesity, Cow's milk protein allergy and GIT conditions like constipation, to name a few.

 

Her goal  is to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need to make choices. Together, you can create a positive experience with food that supports your child's growth and well-being

Qualifications & Training

  • BSC (Hons) Dietetics (University Stellenbosch, RSA)

  • HCPC registered (DT 29755)

  • Member of BDA and BDA Paediatric and ARFID Specialist groups

  • SOS Basic Training 

  • SOS Advanced course - Weaning the 0-16mnth

  • SOS advanced course - Feeding the Child on the Autism Spectrum

  • Behaviour Change Training Level 3
